バリスタ世界チャンピオンのポール・バセット氏に師事し、バリスタとしてのノウハウやロースティングの技術までを12 年間かけて徹底的に習得した鈴木バリスタが代表を務めるコーヒースタンド。
自身もエアロプレス日本チャンピオン(JAC2014)であり、また、難関と言われるSCAAのQグレーダーの資格を保持する。
産地・製法・焙煎・抽出まで全てにおいて徹底的に拘り、コーヒーに対して常にストイックに向き合う鈴木バリスタが提供する、日本から世界に発信する価値ある一杯を楽しむ事ができます。

(Hand drip coffee)

Glitch Coffee is located on the first floor of a building built during the Showa period on historic land. The coffee stand boasts coffee worth the wait prepared by Barista Suzuki who studied for 12 years under the renowned champion Barista, Paul Basset.
Barista Suzuki also was awarded the Champion of 2014 Aeropress Japan and holds the title of SCAA approved “Q Grader”.
With attention paid to the finest detail including locality, preparation, roasting and brewing, Barista Suzuki offers a cup of coffee worthy of being called the best in Japan.
